How to Join

Step 1
Free introductory 1-on-1 session – We will talk in detail about your goals and decide together if what you need fits what we do.
Step 2
Fundamentals – Personal training to make sure you know EXACTLY what to do to achieve your goals, and learn how to move safely.
Step 3
Group classes/Hybrid membership – Once you’ve graduated from fundamentals, you’ll be excited to jump into classes with your new friends at RWS! Don’t worry, we’ll still do regular 1-on-1 check-ups with you to make sure you’re staying on track.
