Once you graduate from Fundamentals, you can start attending group classes two or more times per week. The social environment will give you a different sort of push, and will help you reach new heights of fitness. At the same time, you will continue to work on your specific limitations 1-on-1 with your coach, starting with one to four times a month and tapering down as your fitness improves. This will help both you and your coach continue to monitor your progression and will help keep you safe and injury-free. The endgame is better movement, fast progress, and sustainable results.
