Specialty Programs

After six months to a year of group classes, there might come a time where you want to train on a specific skill.

Maybe you want to get your first muscle-up or improve your pulling strength.  Or maybe you’re interested in the finer points of Olympic weightlifting or becoming a more efficient rower.

We have specialty programs throughout the year that you can add onto your membership, ranging from:

  • Strength-based programs like powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting
  • Conditioning-based programs like competitive exercise or OCR (obstacle course race) training
  • Specific skill-based seminars like rowing, gymnastics, and lifting technique
